Modena, 21 February 2017 – The tortellini with Parmigiano Reggiano sauce made with 1:1 ratio of cheese to dobule cream at Da Panino in Modena. There are two types of tortellini one filled with beef and the other pork. Da Panino is a wine and sandwich bar set up by the sommelier from Osteria Francescana Guiseppe (Beppe) Palmieri.
